Short Description of the Application: The project concerns on creation of a Web application, to manage the Request/Offer of the House's Market. By this application the standard user will be able to insert own Sell announcements, searching to buy, write own opinions about the visited house or a buyer, read notices, Forum and other things about the arguments. In the announcement the seller can upload his photos and detail more possible in the structured fields his house to permit to buyer to do more possible advanced search of characteristics searched. |

Comment on the Argument : By my experience like aspirant buyer in the Italian house market, all the announcement system is possessed from many agencies that by little transparency and big prices, they not guarantee that request and offer meet themselves, in the correct way. The result is that the market of the house, is reserved only who have many money to investment for speculative reason and not, to have a roof over the head. So the site will have restrict publish rules to improve the transparency, and correctness, during the status explanation of the building and other features to avoid to hide important elements to estimate the announcement. |
